Tom has defended cases in the areas of product liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle accidents, toxic tort and environmental litigation, professional negligence, complex business litigation, and general liability matters.

He has defended a myriad of product manufacturers and suppliers including automobiles,
motorcycles, ATVs, tires, heavy equipment, forklifts, presses, industrial machinery, aerosols,
solvents, adhesives and professionals in third party claims and litigation. He has also defended
automobile and trucking accidents, premises and general liability claims.

In the construction arena he has litigated delay claims, construction defect issues and
personal injury cases. His business litigation experience includes unfair business practices and
false advertising under Business and Professions Code §§17200 and 17500 and defense of
Consumers Legal Remedies Act claims under Civil Code §1750, business torts and breach of
contract. He has represented lawyers, accountants, architects, engineers, doctors, hospitals and
governmental entities.

Tom has tried over 40 jury trials in state and federal courts. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Lawyers Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
